A commitment to the principles of the Stockholm Declaration is an ongoing obligation. Membership in the IHRA requires each member country to submit a report every five years documenting its recent developments and innovation – as well as to offer an honest assessment of its challenges – in relation to Holocaust education, research and remembrance.
The IHRA’s country reporting process obliges each report to be reviewed by expert delegates from designated peer countries. This peer feedback ensures the accuracy of the reports and fosters international cooperation, sharing of good practice and policy transfer.
The IHRA is currently reviewing its process for member country reports. Please check back in the course of 2018 for updates.
