IHRA Chair addresses OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna

22 January- The OSCE Permanent Council will meet in Vienna today to focus on Holocaust remembrance as International Holocaust Remembrance Day approaches.

Sir Andrew Burns and Ambassador Roksanda Ninčić, State Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and Head of the Serbian Delegation to IHRA, will address the Permanent Council. Sir Andrew Burn's speech is available here. Ambassador Roksanda Ninčić's address can be read here.

Following the meeting of the Permanent Council, the Israeli Permanent Mission to the OSCE will hold an exhibition outside the Neuer Saal, entitled “A Monument of Good Deeds - Dreams and Hopes of Children during the Holocaust”. The interactive exhibition is dedicated to the children who perished in the Holocaust and their legacies.
