The Falstad Center, a peace and human rights center, will commemorate International Holocaust Remembrance Day with the lighting of 773 torch candles. 180 candles will be lit in memory of the Jewish children under 18 years who were victims of the Norwegian Holocaust, 555 candles are for the 555 Jewish adults and 38 for those who survived. Director Ingeborg Hjorth will give a short speech, and the ceremony will be livestreamed on the center's webpage and Facebook-page from 4:00 PM till 6:00 PM.
