27 January is the anniversary of the memory of the victims of National Socialism. It is often forgotten that not only Jews were among the persecuted - even Sinti and Roma fell victim to the Nazis. For those affected, it is still difficult to talk about this time. Many remain silent, also because in the culture of the Sinti and Roma the dignity of the ancestors has a special value. Robert Reinhardt belongs to the group of Sinti and was born shortly after the liberation. His parents were detained in Auschwitz. He tells from his family history and gives us an insight into the "forgotten holocaust". The event is musically framed.
